I generally require a 50% down-payment to begin anything over $200. Please contact me however for further info regarding terms and types of payment.
Custom sites starting at $299
Get a custom starter site (up to 5 pages) for $299. Includes design, setup, DNS registration, and a contact form. Also covers content update on a monthly basis. These are custom high-quality branded sites that are guaranteed unique. Please contact me for more info.
Wordpress installs for $199
Get an easy-to-use installation of the excellent Wordpress software for just $199. This includes setup, DNS registration and 2 hours of free training. Write blogs, post news, create articles, and much much more. Wordpress features thousands of one and two-click installable plugins that freely extend the functionality of your site. Requires a hosting agreement ($11.99/mo) with 12 month contract.
General contract rates
General contract rates for programming start at $45/hr in most cases. Generally, I will almost always quote you a price for a given number of billable hours. You will never be billed for "hidden hours" and [in most cases] will always know up-front how long a particular job or project will take.
Billable time can include - but is not limited to: consulting, web design, testing, programming, debugging, documentation, and training.
Initial consultation and discovery are provided at no cost to you.
Special project rates
Special pricing for entire projects is available on a case-by-case basis. This is usually more suitable for large-scale turn-key type solutions that will require over 30 days to complete.

Copyrite and licensing
Unless otherwise stated, all design work becomes the full and complete intellectual property/trademark of the client upon payment in full.
Some software and libraries written and/or implemented may contain externally licensed software. This could include (but is not limited to): flash-based media applets, compenents utilizing open source java plugins for enhanced functionality, or even use of high-level javascript libraries such as jQuery. For detailed license and/or copyrite concerns in special-purpose proprietary software, please consult with me prior to contract.
Hosting and Domain Name Registration
Managed hosting is provided starting at $30/mo. Rates may vary by magnitudes depending of the needs and requirements of the hosted application and/or site.
I currently do not provide "shared" hosting or server access with web interfaces such as cPanel or Plesk. Only managed web hosting is currently offered.
Hosting is provided via a dedicated 10mb fiber uplink (will expand as needed) to my dedicated office on my own property. The premises are electronically monitored 24/7 and are secured by alarm.
I am NOT a certified domain name registrar. I may however, on behalf of the client register domain names at the clients request. For clients who simply wish to purchase a "working solution", this is often the simpler route.
Domain name registration is ONLY available for hosted accounts. I will not provide DNS registration and/or hosting for web sites hosted outside of my servers. Cost for DNS registration, hosting, and management is $5/month per domain.
Server colocation
I do provide server colocation services. Rates start at $150/mo per server for 3mb un-metered. 24 hour on-site support, heartbeat monitoring, and firewall/access control are included. Please speak with me directly for further information regarding server colocation services.
